*Miami, FL || 1+ Year || Phone + Skype / F2F*
*MUST HAVE:*
· Strong prior Business Analyst experience
o Candidates with experience as a BA within the transportation or
logistics industry will be considered first
· Strong business knowledge, with hands-on experience in defining
business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
· Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
· Great teamwork and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work on cross-functional project teams and foster team
commitment to tasks
· Knowledge of cross functional project management techniques
· Experience in monitoring and reporting to IT and process/function
owner on the status of multiple concurrent project efforts
· Provide analytical expertise within an assigned business
unit/area, in the analysis, design, and development of business applications
· Ability to adapt and excel in a fast paced, dynamic work
environment
· Ability to own and drive issues to resolution, sense of urgency
with strong follow-up skills
· Experience developing and executing testing strategies & test
scripts
*NICE TO HAVE:*
· Engineering or process analysis education or experience
· 6 Sigma green belt
· IIBA Certifications
o Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
o Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)
