*Role: Sr. Enterprise Application Architect*
*Location : Austin, TX*
*Interview : Phone + Skype / F2F*
*Duration : 7 + months*
*Skills and Experience:*
1. Requires *technical and business knowledge* in multiple
disciplines/processes
2. Needs to be able to review and understand the design and
configuration of complex web applications primarily *based on .NET
technology*
3. Must have experience with working *in large enterprise IT domains*
with complex applications with numerous advanced interlocks
4. Strong understanding of *API based technologies*
5. Strong understanding of *stress testing, performance* testing is
required
6. Strong understanding of *disaster recovery processes* and
technologies is required
7. Defines and discerns key aspects of a problem and develops an
integrated solution within a broad technical and business context of
significant impact
8. Anticipate potential future state risks and proactively seek avoidance
9. Actively engage and partner with business / IT executives and
leaders, to continually drive for greater quality in project execution and
delivery of higher-valued business outcomes
10. Experience with working on projects using Agile and/or Waterfall
SDLC would be an advantage
11. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information
Systems, Information Management, Engineering, Computer Information Systems,
Business or related field of study and 14 yrs working in high-tech /
software industry
12. Strong interpersonal skills with ALL levels of the organization /
types of relationship, including the ability to prepare for and make
effective presentations, discuss, influence, negotiate with and educate
others.
13. Strong leadership, business judgment, risk management and
decision-making skills.
14. Demonstrated experience in building and leading a cohesive team.
15. Ability to direct/lead others, and work in a globally, matrixed
team environment.
