# Eligible candidate would be responsible for searching and screening the
candidates on various IT skills as per the job specification.

# Search in various portals.

# Screening of resumes and them against the technical requirements.

# Speak with the IT Consultants/ Software professionals in the US market
and get the relevant information.

# Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill
level.

# Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates.

# Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

# Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
