7+ Years proficiency in programming with ASP.NET, VB.NET
<http://asp.net/VB.NET> (Framework 3.5+)
7+ Years proficiency in using Microsoft Visual Studio (2005,2008, 2010)
7+ Years proficiency with using Microsoft InterDev (6.0)
7+ Years Proficiency using Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 (T-SQL,
stored procedures, triggers, UDFs, etc.)
7+ Years Proficiency with VBScript, Java script, shtml, dhtml, css, classic
ASP
Familiarity with SharePoint and working within the SharePoint 2010
environment
Familiarity working with the Agency-level Enterprise Application(s)
Familiarity with working interactively with large (20+ members) groups
Familiarity with working and interacting within large State Governmental
Agencies
Demonstrable ability to understand (and be understood in) both written and
spoken English
Ability to interact with customers/clients to develop specification
documents for application design/development
