Skills Required:
• 5 plus years of experience in a Quality Assurance. 3+ years of
experience in Python scripting languages.
• Knowledge of Video Automation tools, IR Emitters
• Worked on IPTV/Cable/Satellite/Terrestrial bases STB
• Complete knowledge of all the features available in STB
• Good knowledge of EPG,VOD,PVR(DVR)
• Worked on DVB specifications
• Good understanding of the head-end setup
• Ability to monitor logs and troubleshoot application issues
• Understanding of networking components (i.e., Routers,
Switchers, LAN topology, Ethernet, SNMP, IGMP, TCP/IP, UDP, Multicast ,
Unicast)
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve IP network
troubles in the physical, data link, and network layers.
• Knowledge of test management tools like HPQC and bug tracking
tools like Jira
• Strong analytical and oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
