The successful candidate will have the following: · Multiple years of demonstrated experience in related field with increasing levels of responsibility · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills. · Ability to effectively and clearly communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. · Thorough understanding of IT security regulations and compliance, including NIST800-53, IRS Publication 1075, HIPAA/HITECH, CJIS and other federal and regulatory requirements. · Must be a critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills, project management skills: financial/budget management, scheduling and resource management. · A strong solution orientation with the ability to identify problems and find ways of solving them within typical business constraints. · Ability to work with auditors, regulatory entities and IT personnel · Ability to professionally handle confidential matters, and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity. · Ability to work with data analytics and generate metrics.?
