REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive knowledge with information systems
Strong knowledge of service oriented architecture, architecture/ design
patterns, and proven track record in developing high quality, distributed
and scalable application frameworks.
Knowledge of usability concepts for application design.
Ability to recommend technologies and design/implement architectures for
current and future technology needs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate the
technical direction and convey issues to team members as well as functional
users.
Extensive knowledge and experience in full software development lifecycle.
Exposure to frameworks, e.g. Ruby on Rails, PHP/CodeIgniter, J2EE
