7 + years of design and diagnostic experience in a large Information

Architectural and operational mastery of the Windows Server OS
Advanced proficiency with
*Active Directory and ADFS*
Demonstrable mastery of IPSEC and firewall configurations
System Center experience to include SCCM and SCOM
Demonstrable mastery of core network technologies, including DHCP, DNS
and WINS
A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
The ability to comprehend complex technical issues, rapidly isolate and
prioritize likely causation, and develop likely remediation
*Preferred Qualifications:*
Previous experience in a higher education environment.
Previous experience with Microsoft SQL Server preferred.
Experience in a heterogeneous environment.
Experience with Microsoft hosted Office 365
