We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work in a
multi-disciplinary team creating World-Wide Scale Service Platform for
Banking Services in the cloud. Your primary responsibility will be to
analyze,  troubleshoot and solve issues related to the various
architectural pieces, and to coordinate with the rest of the team
understanding the different layers of the infrastructure. Thus, a
commitment to collaborative problem solving, adopting new technologies, and
quality communication is essential.

Responsibilities

?             Interact with product management, project management and
development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project

?             Identify bottlenecks and issues, and devise solutions to
these problems

?             Think out of the box, beyond processes and tools

?             Participate in troubleshooting and understanding of issues
with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and
resolution

?             Take an issue with little detail and ask relevant questions

?             Use details to solve issues, or determine the root causes

?             Strong customer relations and communication skills

?             Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and how they
related to a variety of customers

?             Proven ability to work independently.  Position will include
some on-call responsibilities.

?             Support production deployment of applications and perform
“validation testing” during the off-hours maintenance windows



Technical Skills

?             2-4+ years of experience

?             Strong technical background, and experience using Linux

?             Proficiency with Public Cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS) like AWS
(preferred), OpenStack, GCE, etc.

?             Monitoring tools like Dyntrace, Nagios, Munin, Zenoss, etc.

?             Excellent communication, presentation and collaborative
problem-solving skills

?             Great team player who has a strong desire to change the way
people use their services and data and have an impact on a small team

?             Experience with Relational stores (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle,
etc.)

Business Skills

?             Experience with Agile project methodologies

?             Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment

?             Good communication skills and organization

Added Value

Knowledgeable on Banking environments and able to manage relationship with
stakeholders in technical areas such as Security, Architecture,
Communications and Systems Infrastructure, including Cloud teams
