The Software Development Engineer of Test (SDET) will meet following
qualifications:
· 5+ years of testing experience with emphasis on mobile and Web
applications using automated tools
· Strong experience developing solutions and tools using *C# and
Python*
· Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance methodology
· Solid experience in load, functional and *UI *testing
· Hands on-experience testing enterprise applications and databases
· Experience and understanding of load testing methodologies and
best practices of web applications
· Experience running regression tests on revisions of software
releases following an SDLC
· Results-driven, process-oriented, self-starter that can
successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience writing test plans and test cases from functional
specifications, UX and design documents
· Deep understanding of web technologies (server and browser,
Chrome/IE/Firefox/Safari, JSP, JavaScript and other scripting languages)
· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and
small group situations throughout the organization
· Amazing attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills
· Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
· Good organizational and communication skills, with the ability to
document and present technical concepts, procedures, and processes
· Previous experience with content management systems such as
Sitecore and SharePoint a plus
· Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or
equivalent work experience
· A can-do attitude with great follow-through Assist in training
other team members
