*Description: *

Seeking an MS Access programmer with at least 10 years of experience in
business analysis, data analysis, requirements gathering, MS Access/Excel
development & system documentation. Must have knowledge of VBA programming.
Must be effective in engaging & coordinating with SME’s to gather business
needs & translate into functional MS Access/Excel applications. Must be
proficient in testing his/her own work before delivering product to
end-users for acceptance testing. Must be proficient in documentation of
‘how to’ instructions & SOP’s. Must be able to work effectively in a
fast-pace project & can work independently. HR & compensation experiences
are a plus.



*Assignments will include, but not limited to: *

•        Support the upgrade of existing MS Access databases from version
2007 to 2016

•        Take over maintenance and implement enhancements to existing MS
Access applications

•        Development & testing of new MS Access applications



*Required Skills: *

•        Advanced knowledge of MS Access & MS Excel products, specifically
version 2007 & 2016

•        Advanced VBA programming skills

•        Business analysis skills

•        Experienced in documentation of business requirements, system
specifications & SOP’s

•        Strong interpersonal, partnership, and communications skills

Ability to work effectively in a project team, as well as independently



*Desired Skills: *

•        Knowledge of HR and/or compensation market analysis
