*Position: QA Project Manager Location: Jacksonville, FL Duration: 6+ Months Contract * *Job description:* Required/Must Have Skills • Develop and implement a QA strategy inclusive of people, process and tooling that will drive higher quality and efficiency, while establishing a human resource model that will enable the team to flex as required • Work with Program Leadership to develop and execute QA strategies to meet and exceed program quality goals • Provide baseline test sizing and estimates to program leadership for a given release and re-estimate change controls as directed Technical Skills (required/preferred) • Languages: C/C++, SQL, XML, WSDL, JavaScript, JSP, Java, and VB Scripting • Software: SQL*Developer, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, HP Quality Center • Automation Tools: Karma, SOAPUI, Selenium XDE, iTKO LISA, Cucumber, HP Unified Functional Tester, Load Runner, Neoload, SPLUNK • Environment: Hybrid of Agile and Waterfall approaches 4.
