You will be an integral part of a small, dynamic team utilizing agile development philosophies and focused on rapid speed-to-market. Client is a world-wide software company delivering industry leading virtual queuing, eCommerce and ticketing solutions for the attractions and leisure industries. Our clients include some of the top theme parks, water parks, and zoos across North America and Europe. Located in Lake Mary, FL. They do a 2-3 step process for interviewing. The first step will always be an online assessment if the resume makes it past the hiring manager. The assessment is 90 minutes and they will have 3 Java related issued to code and develop. It is timed and there is no pause once they begin. If they make it past that which is about 50/50 they will do an onsite interview which will be a white board exam. They may do a more personable interview after that or schedule the 3rd step which is basically making sure they are a good culture fit. They are always hiring because they are expanding and took over the whole 5th floor in their building. They recently went from 100 employees to 150 and keep growing. People will wonder if there is high turnover since they are always posting jobs. They have a relaxed environment, open door policy, flex scheduling, and they do bi-weekly company outings. They have a café/lounge onsite. They even took the whole staff to the opening of Jurassic World 3-D. They do E-ticketing and E-Commerce for Six Flags, Great America, Orlando Eye, Kenned Space Center, etc. They also have a sister company in London that works with the London Eye and Merlin Entertainment. .
