AEM Administrator 6 Months Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Details: § Adobe Experience Manager /CQ application installation and configuration in WINDOW/LINUX platform and dispatcher configuration (check later part of JD for details) § Deploying OSGi bundles/modules. (check later part of JD for details) § Schedules new installs of new software releases and application system upgrades, evaluates and install patches, and new application supplied products § Knowledge of Linux environment, medium-to advanced level scripting knowledge and commands. § Experience in the troubleshooting AEM related issues. § Excellent knowledge of automating deployment and management of AEM services. § Knowledge on the Adobe Experience Manager /CQ administration activities such as User permissions/creations with LDAP synchronization, sling setting status, creation of audit reports, code and configuration management and others § Additional Duties: o Work with application vendor (Adobe) to resolve issues o Create Adhoc scripts for various needs / requirements o Works with internal infrastructure teams and vendors to provide recommendations for hardware and system software upgrades o Provide support for all issues concerning the application. o Track version history of application – timeline for sunset and end of life and plan upgrades accordingly o Work with infrastructure team on sizing infrastructure needs and optimizing it for higher performance o Provides guidance to development teams and business lines about system architecture on how to use AEM application o Participate in the On Call Rotation o Participate in the DR Exercise Rotation § Performance tuning and other performance related activities catered towards: o Performance Tuning o Author Environment o Publish Environment. o Planning for Optimization o Stay Relevant o Basic Performance Guidelines o To monitor Page response times: o To monitor Component based timing: o To find long lasting requests/responses: o To view timing statistics for Page rendering: o Disable WebDAV & Debug Mode o Disable Debug Mode § Backup & Disaster Recovery Techniques o CRX Online Backup o Target Path o Backing up to the default Target Directory o Backing up to a non-default Target Directory o Backing up a Shared Directory o Backing up a Large Repository -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MCMS" group.
