Roles : Senior Business Analyst
Location : Baltimore, MD
Duration : 4 Yrs
Experience : 9 - 10 Years
M.O.I : Phone/Skype & In-person (Local candidate preferred)
*SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST:*
Experience with the development, implementation, and maintenance of
large-scale software development projects
Experience with creating and maintaining business analysis and requirement
documentation, including wireframe/screen/UI designs
Experience with software testing and/or defect tracking and testing tools
Experience with relational databases (RDBMS), including but not limited to:
Oracle 10G, SQL Server 2000, MySQL, MS Access, QuickBooks 2011 , 2013
Experience in documenting complex business and functional requirements for
software development
The ability to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for documented
solutions during all phases of SDLC
Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite, including but not limited to: Excel,
PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Visio, Word
The ability to provide advice and consultation to other BA’s on more
difficult and complex assignments
Experience in isolating, replicating, reporting, and verifying defects and
defect fixes
Active participation in IT design reviews, to ensure compatibility and
interoperability of computing systems
The ability to review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of
existing systems, and develop strategies for improving, or further
leveraging, those systems
Experience in performing cost-benefit analyses of proposed systems
The ability to lead special projects, as assigned by IT management
The ability to provide advice and recommendations on emerging IT trends
Experience with a variety of web browsers, including but not limited to:
Internet Explorer 9.0, Internet Explorer 10.0, Google Chrome
