experience.



This will sit in Philadelphia, PA.



The contract will be 6 months to start, but will extend based on
performance.




*Job Summary: *The contractor will work in the media sciences team
responsible for supporting the team to develop an analytically driven media
and message mix optimization strategy, and drive improvement of media
effectiveness. This position requires knowledge in the traditional as well
as digital media landscape and strong proficiency with SQL programming.

*Core Responsibilities:*

   - Perform quality checks on media mix model inputs and outputs to ensure
   model validity and business sense
   - Develop the SQL stored procedures to improve media data processing
   efficiency in SQL environment
   - Prepare documentations and specifications of data processing procedures
   - Translate and clearly communicate sophisticated, action-oriented,
   insightful, and analytical information to be socialized to varying audiences

*Minimum Job Requirements:*

   - Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
   - Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
   - Experience with SQL

*Additional Requirements:*

   - 5+ years of business experience using data analytics to drive
   business/marketing results in, ideally, multiple information-dense,
   consumer-facing industries (e.g., consumer packaged goods, retail,
   financial services, telecommunications)
   - Degree in a quantitative discipline (typically statistics,
   mathematics, econometrics, business with quantitative specialty)
   - Project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
   - Strong work ethic and a team player, be flexible and nimble in terms
   of work planning, and the ability to think quickly on your feet
   - Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases.
   - Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements
   - Knowledge of best practices when dealing with relational databases
   - Knowledge in big data platform and R programming is a plus.
   - Experience in data modeling is preferred.
