We are reviewing our ticket sales process/system. We currently use an in-house only system called Wintix to sell tickets to events in our 300 seat theater and are considering whether to upgrade it our replace it. We don't have a huge number of events (~one per week). We'd like to be able to easily sell on-line and at our box office. I am interested in learning about experiences with the any of the ticket sales service providers such as Ticketmaster, Etix, etc. as well as locally hosted in-house systems.
