From the digital-copyright list, citation of a Washington Post  
report on the Boucher-Dolittle "Fair Use Act" or HR 1201 the "Freedom  
and Innovation Revitalizing U.S. Entrepreneurship" Act, designed to  
remedy some of the excesses of the DMCA.

Some see this as a watered-down version of Boucher's earlier DMCRA  
that failed due to vociferous opposition  by the content industry.
