This person will also configure, install, test, troubleshoot, provide security for, and maintain both on-site and off-site Web server and related database server hardware and software. Requirements include: college or technical degree in Web Development, Information Systems, Media Arts, or related field; minimum of two to three years related work experience, attention to detail, both self-motivation and teamwork, thoroughness, dependability, and the ability to set and maintain priorities and meet deadlines; mastery of Web development/programming in HTML, SQL, PHP, and related, contemporary, open source frameworks (Symfony strongly preferred); experience with Internet server administration and database administration.
