Alright, alright, I'm slow to the game, but are any of your institutions using Twitter to communicate with your audience? I haven't used it myself, and only just set up an account to try and check it out.
How is it working for you? Is it one-way communication between you and your followers, or are they able to interact with you in some way? How have you found this to be effective?
