May I second that request? I'm not quite sure if Annamaria is looking for the impact of museum tech on various policies, or the impact of policies on tech, but I guess either would be useful. Perhaps if you know of any such studies you can post to the list. Studies aside, if your own institution has made any conscious steps to address digital media in various policies or in your strategic aims, I'd love to hear from you on or off list. I'm looking into the sustainability of digital media in museums, and needless to say institutional attitude and policies have the potential to play a big part. Thanks in advance, Jeremy
