I'd be interested in hearing about how other small to mid-sized museums structure their internal communications. How often does the full staff meet and are these "working" meetings? How do you manage exhibition / programming / collections meetings, and how does iinformation from these meetings get communicated to the rest of the staff? What technologies do you use to facilitate interdepartmental communication?
