Hi John, I'm sure there are a number of systems that do this, and I would check with those operating out of that side of the planet, including K-Emu and Vernon. I would also check Minisis Inc. (www.minisisinc.com) which I've worked with and know offers very strong support for a huge number of character sets and languages (i.e., doesn't just recognize a character set, but can sort on the language/character set).
