I second all of Doron's comments!

In addition, here are some of my thoughts:

Records/Content Management (electronic unstructured data)
Primary Storage/Backup/Deduplication/Archiving
Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity (how to use leverage
Virtualization/Colocation to achieve your goals)
Physical Security Systems meet IT (convergence)
WAN and SIP Trunking (reducing costs)

I think many of these can be developed into really good sessions,
workshops and case studies.

Three issues that came to my mind, and seem to plague everybody I talked
to in the conference.

1. DAM and DMS integrated solutions, with emphasis on practice rather
than theory, what solutions are being used, how are they integrated with
users desktop experience, and institution culture.

2. Storage challenges, measuring growth scale, backup solutions, system
design and implementation

3. Ticketing systems, event management, online and offline, problems,
solutions, possible cooperation between organizations.
