SILVER (www.silvereducation.org) is a government-funded research project. We
are developing new e-learning technologies for museums education, universities
and colleges which we want to test in the real world.
The SILVER team is currently preparing the next round of software testing on
the topic of leadership for the latest learning module. This topic relates to
QCF standard junior management training.
If you are a junior manager interested in developing management skills and
personal development in the workplace and would like to be involved in this
