We too do it through a module in Drupal -- Service Links.  Depending on what
you want, there are other Drupal modules with similar options.

If you aren't using Drupal, check your CMS.  If you aren't using a CMS,
visit http://www.addthis.com/bookmark.php for the Add This widget.
