Robin, There is nothing to stop you from running a local web server, on the computer that your visitors will be using at the park. You could, at your discretion, mirror new daily content overnight to a site more easily accessible, but that may not be the point.
I have Apache (as one example) and a database (MySQL) running on my laptop all the time as part of my personal development environment so that I don't need to be on the Internet to work on web issues.
