I have greatly enjoyed the podcasting thread, which has been quite timely for me as we are also currently creating a procedure and system for podcasting. I do have an additional question to ask, though. I have been asked to write a short instruction manual for creating a podcast. Partly it will deal with the technical issues of our software and workflow steps. That will be pretty easily researched. However, it will also discuss tips and tricks for actually creating the video/audio in the first place. This would include items such as 'don't sit in a dark room with the camera 30 feet away and forget to use the mike' as well as content development and scripting advice, appropriate lengths, and ideas for how to achieve an interesting experience for the users--informal without being hokey. Has anyone created such a tips and tricks list, or know where there are some particularly good ones available? My initial google searches haven't turned up too many that discuss the content aspect of how to podcast.Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
