The Henry Art Gallery is installing a collections search work station in our galleries later this summer. Visitors will be able to search our entire collection and see which items are on view in the galleries. The hardware will include monitor, desktop computer, keyboard, and mouse. We are looking at different solutions for the station itself. I am very interested in how other institutions approached finding a desk/work station for visitor kiosks - whether purchased or built in-house. Any advice, good or bad, is appreciated.
