There are three different surveys -- two for museum staff and one for non-museum staff. So far, the response from non-museum staff has been amazing. We receive hits from over 20 countries a day on MuseumPods http://www.museumpods.com . Many of the visitors are completing the non-museum staff survey to help museums understand what they want and need to make their visits more enriching. We think museums will be surprised what people are saying about new media and technology and how it relates to visitor experiences. These surveys are for an academic thesis, which will be completed in spring of 2007 and available online for viewing or when you are finished with a survey you can include you email if you would like to have the thesis emailed to you.
