Forwarding for a third party-- The Northern and Southern California chapters of the Visual Resources Association (VRA) are pleased to announce a joint conference to be held at Sonoma State University from June 27-28, 2013.
Complete schedule, registration, and accommodation information is available at https://sites.google.com/site/cavracon2013/ The California Visual Resources Association Conference, also known as CaVraCon, will provide presentations, case studies and demos dealing with the many aspects of creating, managing, and maintaining digital image collections, as well as the opportunity to network with both emerging professionals and veterans of the field. In addition to the two day conference, CaVraCon will also offer a tour of the di Rosa Preserve (http://www.dirosaart.org/) to take place on Saturday, June 29. Anyone interested in attending this conference is welcome, regardless of VRA membership status. Be sure to register before May 31 to receive the early-bird price of $25. After May 31 the price goes up to $35, so don't wait!
