Robb __ Reminder: the early registration price of $25 for the joint mini-conference of the Northern and Southern CA Chapters of the Visual Resources Association will end on May 31. Please let any students, colleagues and others working with images of art, architecture, and historical events know about this unique 2-day event featuring experts sharing their discoveries, including SSU alum and photo conservationist Gawain Weaver (http://gawainweaver.com/) and Bay Area video artist Ben Wood (http://www.benwood.net/). After May 31 the fee will increase to $35, but registration will continue until the event. Light breakfast refreshments will be served and lunches and overnight accommodations are optionally available. The Northern and Southern California chapters of the Visual Resources Association, an organization of professionals working with visual images, especially those working with images of art, architecture, art history, and related subjects in universities, colleges, and museums, are presenting a two-day mini-conference at Sonoma State University in Schulz 3001 on June 27-28 with guest speakers.
