Hello, We have been working on a variety technology to assist museums in transitioning to mobile ready websites and apps. A couple of months ago I introduced a system called appBoz http://appBoz.com , which allows organizations to develop iPhone, iPad, Android and Kindle apps with no programming required using existing templates. Currently we have a functioning Apple approved iPhone and Android app template for museums--everything can be changed for custom branding like graphics, social media, QR scanner and a lot more... a more robust app can be developed.
I would really appreciate some input from a few museums on how to develop more iPhone, iPad and Android app templates for a variety of cultural institutions. You can sign up and start developing for free and if a couple museums sign up I will assist in the development through the submission process with Apple and Google and donate the apps to your organization in exchange for some input about the system and process.
