Wondering if anyone is using something like Twitter Bootstrap to do rapid prototyping? How are you using it?
I ask because we are attempting to build our own version here at NYPL and are receiving a little push-back from above. If you do rapid prototyping, how did you get institutional buy-in? Thanks in advance! ~Morgan
