I actually helped set up interactive educational kiosks for an exhibition at the Fitchburg Art Museum earlier this year. The kiosks mirrored content from iPads to flat screen TVs. The major issue for us was having multiple iPads and screens in close proximity and preventing one iPad or remote from inadvertently playing on the wrong screen. In particular I’m interested in hearing about the reliability of the peer-to-peer connection available with the latest Apple TV model, since WiFi is not the strongest in the area of the installation. Thanks for any thoughts or recommendations you can offer. –– GEORGE SCHAROUN Technical Producer, Gallery Media Museum of Fine Arts, Boston [email protected] [1] | 617-369-3512 http://www.mfa.org [2] _______________________________________________ You are currently subscribed to mcn-l, the listserv of the Museum Computer Network (http://www.mcn.edu [3]) To post to this list, send messages to: [email protected] [4] To unsubscribe or change mcn-l delivery options visit: http://mcn.edu/mailman/listinfo/mcn-l [5] The MCN-L archives can be found at: http://mcn.edu/pipermail/mcn-l/ [6] Links: ------ [1] mailto:[email protected] [2] http://www.mfa.org [3] http://www.mcn.edu [4] mailto:[email protected] [5] http://mcn.edu/mailman/listinfo/mcn-l [6] http://mcn.edu/pipermail/mcn-l/
