Hello Fellow MCNers! We are pleased to announce a new policy for workshop instructors. MCN2000 workshop presenters will be reimbursed for their efforts.
We will offer $500 for each full day workshop, as well as one full conference registration. We will offer $250 for each half-day workshop, as well as half off one conference registration. If there are multiple instructors for one workshop, either full day or half day, the instructors will have to work out an equitable allocation of the fee and registration benefit among themselves. Please note that this policy is extended to WORKSHOPS, only -- unfortunately, we are not able to compensate session participants beyond the standard day-of-presentation free registration. A reminder that the deadline for workshop and session proposals is upon us -- Friday, April 28. Please get your proposals to me soon -- we have lots of interesting proposals this year.
