Did anyone realize that the upcoming MCN meeting in Toronto and, in
particular, the NINCH Copyright Town Meeting on September 7, is scheduled
to overlap the observance of the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah, which
begins on the evening of September 6. This makes it impossible for
observant Jews to attend.
Typically, professional organizations take these dates into consideration
when planning activities and meetings.
