We are thinking about creating a new position revolving around desktop support. Do you have a job description you might share with me? Also if you currently employ such a position what are you paying this person?
Also might you have a job description for a position that deals more with servers, keeping the operating systems up-to-date, internet, firewall admin, routers and switches, more high end than desktop support.
