Hi everyone, I have a question regarding fractional gifts in on-line databases. Let's assume for the sake of argument that we have permission to display the related images on-line. Does anyone out there know of reasons, legal or otherwise, regarding whether or not fractional gifts should be included in the searchable database? If you do include them on your site, do you notify the donor who owns the other fraction of the work?
