All someone has to do to get around either these is to either a) turn 
off Javascript in their browser, or b) Take a screen shot.

You cannot prevent people from downloading images. I know it isn't 
always possible, but you would be better off going back to the other 
party in the contract and asking them to strike that clause, because 
they are asking the impossible in order to gain a false sense of security.
