I'm looking for a developer who would be interested in bidding on a project to create a digital imaging studio mangement/work order entry system for the Gallery.
The system would be browser based for the clients outside my division and could be a "fatter" client for users inside the division who would maintain and use the the backend of the sytem. It should support order tracking, resource management, billing and scheduling with flexible querying and reporting. The system should support thumbnails of images and communication with other databases. Possible platforms could be MySQL/php, Java or 4D.

Preference might be given to proximity to the DC area and experience working with the Federal Government.
We expect that the RFP would be ready in a few months and the contract awarded after the first of the year. We see implementation to be about 3 months.
