First Doctoral Consortium of the Joint Conference on Digital Libraries 2005
Call for Participation

The First Doctoral Consortium of the Joint Conference on Digital Libraries is a workshop for Ph.D. students from all over the world who are in the course of completing their dissertation work. (Ph.D. students with dissertations finished or nearly completed should, however, apply for a paper to the regular conference program.) The goal of the Doctoral Consortium is to help students with their thesis by providing feedback on their research as well as to give general advice on using the research environment in a constructive and international atmosphere. The workshop will be held in Boulder, Colorado, for a full day on June 7th followed by a drive to Denver to join the JCDL conference and a group dinner. A very limited number of students will have the opportunity to participate. Students will be expected to pay their expenses and should plan to attend JCDL 2005 registered as students.
