Attached for your information are the brief Reply Comments that the Getty, MET, LACMA, and Guggenheim institutions will file with the Copyright Office on May 9th. The comments reference our initial, more detailed position filed March 24th. At this time, we are inviting other museums to sign the reply comments with us. If you would like to do so, we ask that you let one of us as soon as possible, but no later than the close of business Thursday, 5th. Many thanks to Maureen Whalen for her leadership on this issue.
