The Ohio Historical Society is gathering information on how other cultural
heritage institutions develop Web sites as we re-evaluate our own procedures.
We would appreciate your help by answering the following questions regarding
your organization's Web procedures:

1) Does your institution have a mission and goals for its Web site? If so, are
you willing it share it?
2) Who is in charge of developing content for the Web site (Webmaster, IT,
Marketing, all staff)?
3) How is content managed on your Web site? (content management system, manual
coding, etc.)
4) What is the process for adding new content to your Web site? (i.e., who
prioritizes content and makes the final edits)5) Is there a team of people
that oversees Web content? If so, what are there positions (titles)?
6) Who is involved in making decisions about re-designing large portions (or
all) of your site?
7) How often do you do usability testing on your main Web site? Who is involved?
8) How many full time employees do you have?
9) What is your annual operating budget (approximate)?

Thank you for your assistance!
