We too are in the midst of a digitization project. May I have a copy of your
policies as well?

Quoting Mike Rippy <[email protected]>:

Id be very interested to see what you come up with. It sounds like your
looking for more of a copyright policy rather than a digital imaging
policy. Which is really the most troubling part of having digital files
that can be easily copied. Im sending over our intellectual property
policy. And the beginnings of our Imaging Policy.

Dear MCN list members:

I am part of a workgroup responsible for drafting a policy for my
institution on the creation and use of digital images. We want to
communicate to our staff what their individual responsibility is and
protect both the individual and the institution from the consequences of
infringement.

Does anyone on the list have such a policy? Would you be willing to
share it with me?

Thank you,

Treden Wagoner
