MAC search tool

We have currently upgraded our image server to Windows 2003. The server currently stores over 100,000 images. Prior to the upgrade, a nifty MAC search utility allowed us to search by a specific file name and have results returned within seconds. After the upgrade, this free utility, Ultrafind, is no longer compatible with Windows 2003.   The Spotlight utility delivered with the MAC operating system is not giving the correct search results either.
