| Dear all, I am curently doing research on the possibilities offered by image metadata generated by users within online collections of heritage institutions. For so far, I only found two applications (http://www.steve.museum/ and http://www.powerhousemuseum.com/electronicswatchbook/) and one article (http://www.dlib.org/dlib/september05/bearman/09bearman.html) on the subject. Can anyone suggest some more litterature or projects (are there any in Europe??) illustrating the possibilities of folksonomies or other types of collaborative annotation of image collections in musea?
