Has anyone had experience presenting an eBook (iBook format) on a public-facing touch screen or iPad? So far none of the options I’ve looked into are very good. iBooks on the Mac relies heavily on mouse-over, and iBooks on the iPad can’t be locked down to a specific book, allowing access to the Book store even in Guided Access mode.
Any advice is most welcome.
