"Give it Away to Get Rick: Open Cultural Heritage"- A study I conducted of museums and libraries that have chosen to pursue open access and there results, from financial to cultural. "Dreamy Crowdsourcing & Crush-worthy Engagement”- an analysis of the Smithsonian’s crowdsourcing project that has rallied over 5000 online volunteers to help the Smithsonian transcribe primary source documents and create scientific specimen records.
