Hi Micha, We are using When I Work (wheniwork.com) in a similar operation. We have a staff of 110 visitor services associates that we schedule in various shifts and posts across a 7 day operation and generally it seems to work really well for us. The visitor services staff seems to like it as well, although I must say that we made an effort to hire tech savvy associates.
The one downside is that it does not integrate with our payroll processor (Paychex...). I don't use it day to day, but I could get some specific questions answered for you if you have any. I have seen some recommendations from 2008 in the archives but am wondering if there is newer technology that others would recommend? Thank you, Micha L.
